1.
Describe the project in a brief paragraph to give your teacher an idea of what was accomplished.
Ans. In my entire senior project I have learned many
about the eye. How the eye functions, the errors in the eye, and methods to cure this errors. I have also learned how the
lasik process is used in curing the errors along with complex equipment used to cure different errors. I had also learned
one major question which was rooming in my mind. The question was why when the person of nearsightedness wear glasses can
see both near things and far thing but thats not in person of farsightedness who wears glasses. Doctor Fatteh makes me understand
that is not true it depends upon the eye of patient.
2.
What were the total hours spend on the product?
And. I had spent 19 hours in my product.
3. What were some of the biggest problems encountered while working on the product?
Ans. While working on my product the problems come ahead are fixing appointment with doctor
Fatteh as the doctor is so busy when I call him he was busy and when he call me I was at school so it took me a whole week
in fixing appointment. Secondly
4.
What did you do to manage your time effectively? If you did not manage your time
effectively, what would you change so that you could have done better?
Ans. To manage my time effectively I did wake up early in the morning at 6:15 am an was ready at 7:15 pm even though I had to reach at 8:00 pm and there was only 15 min. route form our house
I was ready 45 min. early. Even I reached 10 min. early at doctors hospital both days.
5.
Describe the learning stretch that you took to complete this product. Do you think you fulfilled the requirements for the
stretch? Explain your answer.
Ans. During my entire product I had learned many things
on the human eye. I had learned about different instruments, errors of the eye and lasik process. Doctor Fatteh had explained
me so clearly and in smooth way that I had learned in best way. I think I had learned in best way but if I had given one more
chance I might learned more and more as no one is perfect and I know that what I had learned I best but not perfectly all
about the human eye.
6.
How were the original plans for the product the same or different from the outcome of the product?
Ans. When I had started my project at the beginning of the senior year I had decide that I will
make a model of human eye. I thought that because it will look nice and save much my time. But as I had done more and more
research on the human eye and interview Dr. Fatteh I thought that I would get more knowledge and could understand properly
the treatment of the eye errors and many things else. So, I change my product from model to job shadow. By changing this product
I got more knowledge and better understand about I which I would not get if I would had make model of the eye.
7. What grade would you give yourself for the product and portfolio and why?
Ans. If I would given to grade myself I would give A grade as I had done
my best job in my entire senior project. And even I had spent more time on product and portfolio so I think I should not get
less than A.
8. What personal satisfaction did
you gain from the project experience?
Ans. I had learned many things by this project. By this project I am capable
to give advice to other and explain them in better way what could happen with the eye and it errors. I like this project and
even by this project it makes me to speak freely with others and present what I know to others.
9. What did you learn about yourself?
Ans. I had learn many things about myself, that I am not freely speaking
with others, and also learn that doing some thing in would one can get fruit at later.
10. What would you do differently if you had to do this again?
Ans. If I would given once again chance to do research again I would first
of all make less mistake in English which I had make this time as English is my second language. And I would have better grade
on Research Paper, Letter of Intent and Annotated Bibliography. And thus make my performance better. Even if possible I will
do more and more research to learn more as I know Practice makes man perfect.
11. What did you learn that could help you later in life?
Ans. In my entire project I had learned
many things. Even I had learned more than I had thought. I had learned the functions of the eye and its organs, errors, and
treatment of these errors. I had learned the question which was in my mind at the time I had started my project. With all
this knowledge I am capable to explain my relatives, friends, and cousins that what could cause by the errors and how to cure
them. Even I will tell them to try to keep their eye error free and do regular check up.
12. What advice would you give to future seniors?
Ans. According to my experience what I had during my senior project I would
tell them that to use their time efficiently and do as much research as they can because it would help them in one or other
way. Other wise later they will be sorry for it that if they would have done better. Even I would tell them that to use rubric
in and ever project and its the style of grading system.
